Sarah E. Brook
“The space holds like a poem: a scene is offered, sense is laid into the materials, the video moves with its kind of rhythm. There is something told in specifics: you'll see my home, my hands, the desert light that taught me about finding open space in my own body. There is a self known through place, through placement and perceptual resonance. And there is space, also, for others, for yours. Where does your body most need to feel? What teaches you the way home?”
